Consumer complaints
In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services, consumers may submit a written complaint about the quality of our services:
- in person, at our office at Obala sv. Jurja 37, 21480 Vis,

- by e-mail to: ionios.agency@gmail.com.
We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the day the complaint was received. To help us respond quickly, please include your name and the postal or e-mail address to which the reply should be sent.
Dispute resolution
We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably. Consumers may also refer disputes to the competent bodies for alternative resolution of consumer disputes in the Republic of Croatia. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Split shall have jurisdiction.
